RE: Equipment failure at RO Plant Grand Turk

The Department of Water Undertaking, within the Ministry of Home Affairs, Public Utilities & Transportation, hereby advises the residents of Grand Turk that some districts are experiencing temporary water loss and low water pressure due to equipment failure at the water production plant.

The Department has assessed the points source of failure and has determined that equipment needs replacement.  We are making every effort to expedite this process in order to restore water to those areas as soon as possible.

Water Undertaking thanks its valued customers for their patience and understanding, while we seek to have this matter rectified.
