Her Excellency Dileeni Daniel-Selvaratnam chaired the 15th meeting of the Cabinet held on Wednesday, 13 May 2026 at the Premier’s Office, Grand Turk. All members of Cabinet were present with the exception of Hon. Arlington Musgrove, Minister for Physical Planning and Infrastructure.
At this meeting Cabinet:

Noted that the Turks and Caicos Islands has successfully attained World Health Organization (WHO) Validation for the Elimination of Mother-to-Child Transmission of HIV and Hepatitis B.

Approved the Telecommunications (Fee Structure) Regulations amendments, which amend Regulation 2 Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 of the principal Regulations.

Approved the negotiation of a Development Agreement between Grace Retail Residences, Zens Ltd. and TCIG.

Noted the public consultation process for the Mortgage Corporation Bill 2026.

Approved amendment to the legislative and policy framework governing the Crown Land Residential Amnesty.

Approved the appointment of Ms. Kamula Williams as Secretary to Zone 1 Work Permit Board.

Approved a court order payment from the Claims Against the Government Account.

Approved the Turks and Caicos Islands Tourism Authority Bill 2026 for submission to Parliament.

Noted Amendments to the Real Estate Legislation.

Noted the correction to the Prison Visiting Committee
