Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, 4 May 2026 — An Application, REGISTERED PR 18118 by MARINERS PROPERTIES LTD for Outline Development Permission for the construction of a Staff Housing Development consisting of Twelve Apartment Blocks a total of Two Hundred and Fifty Units (112 Studio Units, 72 Shared Units, 48 One-Bedroom Units, 18 Two-Bedroom Units), Laundry Facility, Club House and Ancillary Facilities has been submitted to the Department of Planning on Block & Parcel 60810/11 which comprises of 6.25 acres of land located in Long Bay, Providenciales.
The proposed development is inconsistent with a plan which has been approved.
A public consultation meeting will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at the Shore Club Conference Room, Long Bay, Providenciales at 6:00 p.m.
