Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – Wednesday, 29th April 2026: The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) in the Ministry of Finance, Investment & Trade wishes to advise the business community and the wider public that Cabinet has approved an extension to the 2026/27 Business Licence Renewal period from April 30th to May 31st 2026.
As such, Licence Holders must now renew their 2025/2026 licences on or before May 31st 2026 to avoid penalties that increases 10% monthly thereafter.
Licensees must continue to make submissions for their 2026 Business Licence Renewals and other applications via the portal https://busreg.gov.tc/BusReg/ . Law Offices, Corporate Service providers, and similar licensees that facilitate Brokerage services are encouraged to register for a Customer Representative account to facilitate all Customers from one dashboard.
