Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, 20 March 2026  The 785th ExtraOrdinary Meeting of the Physical Planning Board (PPB) was held on Thursday March 19th 2026 in person and via video conference at the Planning Department Conference room in Providenciales.

 Note: The next sitting of the Board is tentatively scheduled for the 31st March 2026. The various applicants and agents are reminded that development shall not commence until the relevant and necessary building permit(s) certificates have been issued by the Department of Planning. Those individuals, who fail to comply, will render themselves liable to enforcement procedures, including penalties, under the provisions of the Physical Planning Ordinance, 2021, and the development carried out unlawfully, shall be removed by order of the Physical Planning Board, under Section 100, of the Physical Planning Ordinance, 2021.

Additionally, the Department wishes to advise all Applicants/Agents that failure to submit your application(s) a minimum of Ten (10) days before a scheduled meeting date could hinder your submission being placed on the board agenda. Additionally, submissions before the stated dated does not guarantee your submission being tabled.
