Note: The next sitting of the Board is tentatively scheduled for the 24th February 2026. The various applicants and agents are reminded that development shall not commence until the relevant and necessary building permit(s) certificates have been issued by the Department of Planning. Those individuals, who fail to comply, will render themselves liable to enforcement procedures, including penalties, under the provisions of the Physical Planning Ordinance, 2021, and the development carried out unlawfully, shall be removed by order of the Physical Planning Board, under Section 100, of the Physical Planning Ordinance, 2021.

Additionally, the Department wishes to advise all Applicants/Agents that failure to submit your application(s) a minimum of Ten (10) days before a scheduled meeting date could hinder your submission being placed on the board agenda. Additionally, submissions before the stated dated does not guarantee your submission being tabled.
