Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands – Friday, 20th February 2026: The Department of Trade, Industry and Fair Competition (DTIFC) is pleased to present the Consumer Affairs Providers Seminar 2026, scheduled for March 12, 2025, at the Palms Resort, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.
In observance of World Consumer Rights Day, celebrated annually on March 15th under this year theme within the Turks and Caicos Islands, “Building Trust, Protecting Communities,”.
We would like to welcome all providers to attend this event that is specifically designed to educate and guide providers on their rights and responsibilities in today’s marketplace, while fostering meaningful dialogue and strengthening trust between businesses and consumers. This session will also include an overview of the Turks and Caicos Islands Consumer Protection Ordinance.
